We would never be who we are without the relationships and experiences with our clients. They've helped us grow in our skills, always challenge us, and provide us with unique opportunities to lead in excellence. Every project, no matter how large or small, we see the benefits that it offers. And we take great care to ensure we deliver upon our promise to our clients.
There is only one boss. The customer. And he can fire everybody in the company from the chairman on down, simply by spending his money somewhere else.
- Sam Walton
For Maytag, we have developed custom Java solutions from enterprise reporting to B2B e-commerce solutions to consumer-facing web applications.
We had a lot of fun, but mutually feel that we moved the needle in the right direction at the right times for the company.
Through our experiences with Maytag, we learned that Fortune 500 companies are really not that different from smaller companies in the scope of what they need for their solutions.
What a fun group to work with. When the Maytag Corporation told us that they were merging all of their divisions into one company, we were given the task to see that Hoover's best practices didn't get lost, but rather incorporated into Maytag's systems. The end result was a completely custom and ultimately flexible enterprise reporting suite as well as a tailored sales force automation portal. These two solutions alone brought the divisions together into one vision for sales and reporting.
Because of our track record with the Maytag Corporation, we were awarded the ability to work on their top-of-the-line cooking website, Jade Appliances.
The entire site was designed custom from the ground up. The end result was a website that stated elegance and marvelous cooking products.
The American Enterprise group was in need of someone to spearhead their e-commerce team, and to bring forth new frameworks for their B2C and B2B websites.
Working with their wonderful team of developers and analysts, we were able to accomplish several key initiatives in one year's time. First were interfaces into SalesForce.com's CRM application API. Second, a phenomenal XML-based rating and rules engine were revamped and constructed along impossible timelines to allow their agents to quickly quote insurance packages. Finally, a common MVC framework was design to sustain all of their consumer and partner facing websites.
Sometimes it's just the little things that make a big difference. Wright Outdoor Solutions needed assistance in cleansing and converting some data into a more normalized format. Knowing how key and important this data was to them, we worked directly with them every step of the way to not only make it more effcient, but ensure nothing was lost.
Texas Hunter Products needed to step up from mail order to e-commerce and chose us to assist in doing that. Working directly with the owner of the company, we educated him on best practices and how to be successful as an internet-based business.
SG was very successful working with appliance dealers and manufacturers to provide quality direct mailing services for affordable prices.
SG enlisted us to develop a web-based extranet to allow their customers to login and place customized orders for direct mailers. SG realized effciencies and increased sales as a result of the streamlining.
We were introduced to Networking Imaging Solutions through Maytag. Maytag had outsourced the website for their Factory Genuine Parts business to NIS, and wanted us to build and maintain their dealer and distributor extranet. We constructed an easy to use and successful product catalog and shopping cart system.
We were also asked to enhance and automate some of their MAS90 reporting due to our experience working on enterprise-level reporting systems.
